Repair of area around water heater vent on roof.
Ryan examined the area and found caulking that was dried out and cracked. Removed damaged material and replaced with new.

Skylight replacement
Project Manager Alec Ward worked with us to replace a 29 year old skylight in our Belmont, Mi home. He came up with the most cost effective way to get the job done without a complete reroofing. His crew completed the job without a hitch in spite of getting caught in a torrential downpour in the middle of the job. I highly recommend this company.

Completed my roof tear off and replace in on day. Did an excellent job on the roof. Did have a little trouble hearing back from them when I asked question. Overall a good job.
